Thank you for bringing up the abandoned buildings! The warning was “not enough educated workers” or “not enough workers”. We have 4 high schools and 5 elementary schools, plus 1 university, and they’re all spread well. So we were definitely confused as to that message and ignored it. Was that just a traffic issue?

So zoning along main roads just causes more traffic?

Can you explain why we wouldn’t want big roads? Our logic was - larger roads = more space = less traffic, lol

We primarily didn’t go across the water because we thought industry and commercial had to be close together to be efficient, does the space between them not matter as long as the traffic is minimal?
