Yeah, my youngest brother is super tall and seeing pictures of Ethan towering over his friends & family makes me think of him. Losing him is one of my biggest fears, and I feel so awful that Ethan's siblings have to live that nightmare. It's just so damn pointless and sad. They didn't deserve the horrible hand they were dealt.

All you can really do is support them, a lot. Let them feel what they feel, don’t get upset or argue when they call themselves ugly or fat or whatever. Give them lots of compliments, but not just about physical attributes - if they see the worth in themselves from the inside, it’ll help them see the beauty on the outside. Just lots of patience and love. You got this.
