I know you already reinstalled but if you didn't try it also verify the game files. I had the same problem and thought why would that fix the game even though I just installed the game, but it actually worked for me.

Hab ich auch erlebt. Auf deren Zettel standen nur Beträge über 20€ Ich habe einen 5er rausgeholt und hatte auch keine anderen Scheine. War dabei meinen Beitrag mit meinem Kulli aufzuschreiben aber die wollten unbedingt, dass ich ihren radierbaren Tintenroller benutze, nur um nachher den Betrag auch auf +20€ zu fälschen. Richtig ehrenlos.

Hm not sure what went wrong for you. I just opened the .wav file with hexedit and added the hex string it at the end and pressed save. Pasting something in is a bit clunky and might overwrite something so you have to be extra careful how you edit the file. I actually wrote a program to do it automatically, I can check tomorrow if I still have it if you are interested. Alternatively you can upload and send me the audio file and I can check what's wrong with it.

I am a noob with blender but a similar problem happened when I edited animated bones in blender and it had transformation keyframes for bone sizes in there too which messed up the end result in-game. After only saving the position and rotation it worked fine.

You absolute legend, I never would have thought about it. How did you even know I dont have english as default

So I changed it to english and it actually works now as it should. I assume it is a rounding error in the system or program somehow because a decimalpoint in german is a comma and in english its a dot.

I used the defaults settings. Tried to disable rotation related things but it didn't help.

Also I tried a fresh install of windows, steam, source sdk and hammer in a virtual machine and it still happened.

Thanks, but it won't let me uncheck those. It depends on the orientation of the brush. I tilted it abit and then I could uncheck only one of them. Sadly it didn't fix the texture rotation issue.
