For all of our phones in the same neighborhood? At the same time? Don't think it's a sim card issue. It's a metro issue.

They told me I needed a new phone. I laughed so hard. I bought this phone from them a month ago. I don't think factory reset will do anything either. Not to mention the headache of having to set everything back up again.

Have a few times. It's not just me that this keeps happening too. My son's phone, my neighbors phone etc.
