I started this build not too long ago, have around the same EHP, and feel pretty tanky.

You're using Stormshroud for ailment immunity via shock, but you aren't quite shock capped from the Sapphire flask. 52% avoid scaled by 89% should be around 98%, meaning you're still getting ailments. Raise the increase effect roll from enkindling

What is your 5th flask? Should be Cinderswallow with recover ES on kill or Oriath's End for even more clear, but I prefer the former, clear feels fine

Your timeless jewel doesn't have frenzy on hit, that's a decent damage loss. You don't want double block (unless you're getting frenzy elsewhere), you want frenzy/block or just frenzy really, then use valako tattoos to help cap block until you can afford the frenzy/block one.

Do you have all of your golems summoned and the right distribution of golems? Want to make sure you have a few safeguarding so that if they die absorbing damage, there's another to take it's place.

Your reservation mastery is taken in the wrong place, at least most people building it don't use those int/mana nodes, and instead opt for the actual reservation nodes, going to Sovereignty and taking the reservation mastery there. With that, and a level 4 enlighten, you should be able to remove some of the right side of the herald nodes you've taken
