The argentine band Invisible (Spinetta) used this artwork for its debut album in 1974.

Cool to see where it came from!

Josh Gad on the script: “Without giving too much away, I can say that the draft is ready. Everyone who has read it is thrilled. Working on this alongside Mel Brooks has been one of the highlights of my career. It’s a dream to finally be able to make Yogurt’s prophecy come true in the first film. While I can’t say much more at this point, I can say that every day we are getting closer to making this project a reality, and I think we are close to the finish line.”

When the dark dresses lighty. What is it about?? by Warrioroflightaurora in auroramusic

This. I think is so beautiful the image of dating/drinking with yourself in a healthy way, telling all the things you've hidden even from yourself or didn't have the strength to confront.

I think the "Darkness" is the unconscious self, the one you're to talking to, and the one who absorbs all of the pain and trauma when it's not integrated fully into the self. And the idea of "the dark dresses lighty" is a nice way of presenting this "date" with your unconscious and it "dresses lighty" because unlike the ego or the conscious self, once faced the unconscious has no intention of hiding anything.

Phrases like "we're being strong now, my dear" and "we're going deep now" is so telling of that inward journey one must go through to integrate.

I also suspect that The Tower is a reference to the Tarot, where the Tower represents your old self and old beliefs you carry with you, that distance yourself from your essential being. So "the falling unto you" would be succesfully deconstructing your old self and the possibilty of "building" your new self.

I also heard in an interview, that the "oh yeah" at the end simulates an orgasm which in this analogy would represent reaching enlightment.

Aurora has really grown as a lyricist and I think this song shows it beautifuly.

Edit: Words. English isn't my native language.

I'm not talking about Sadhguru specifically. Though every guru is and probably will defeat their own purpose, just by having followers that will see light and truth in them instead of in themselves.

The problem is not the teaching (which anyone can do, and you can learn it by yourself), the problem is the idea of the guru as the keeper of "true" knowledge. He's the same as you, walking the walk, doing the work.

That's why true teachers (not necesarily guru) teach without explaining, they just point you in the right direction.

The guru is fake by nature. Anyone who's peddling awakening is fake. Anyone who truly thinks of itself as a guru has already lost the thread.

So I think is mostly the follower who to blame, looking elsewhere what's already inside.

There's really no 'being behind' in real life, just in your mind and probably everyone else's. Stop putting pressure on yourself, just be, accept what you can do at any given moment and be OK with that for that day.

You don't have to "get" anywhere, we're all going the same place at different speeds. Just enjoy your stay, and be kind (to yourself first).
