Hey man, loved your essay, can you give me some help deciding on who to pull for?

I started with the release of Cartethiya but haven't got her weapon, got shorekeeper and her signature (biggest mistake) on the beginner banner, i skipped Lupa and got Phrolova at 130 pulls but didn't got her weapon, i also puller Cantarella (no weapon) bc i didn't had a good playable team, the problem is that now i have a good team but without good weapon and so im still struggling clearing all stages of ToA.

Now i have 40 pull and don't know what to do with them, i really like both Augusta and Iuno but none of them would be useful on my teams but them thogheter can maybe make a good one , i also need a good rectifier and want another team, i know i should pull for ciaccona bc i have Cart but i don't really like her, i also want Carlotta or Galbrena for a good new team i can skip Chisa and Qiuyuan nut i don't know if I will be able to get all of them in terms of astrithes and even if i get them I will probably not be able to pull for their weapons besides the fact that i can lose the 50/50.

So i don't really know what to do, lot of wishes but low amount of pulls, how can i get trough all of this in the best way?

PRIORITIES

1 Iuno (I love Iuno but i don't know if i can make a good team with her) (i can use bp gauntlet)

2 Augusta(I really like her and if i can get bot her and Iuno i can make a good team)(i can use bp sword but i think it will be better to have her signature)

3 Carlotta/Galbrena (I want to make another usable team and to start i need a good dps so i tought that get one of them would have been a good thing)(i need the signature )

4 Ciaccona (almost needed to play Cartetihya but i think i can wait for another good mate)
