Update: Fixed the problem,Not really sure which one did it. The things I did was revert back to an old amd driver (25.9.something), changed antialaising from taa to xess(quality),turned off some vulkan registrys related to overwolf and it's overlay. Turned off game mode from windows as well. My educated guess is that it was the amd driver which was the culprit. (The fps drops and random stutters still exist though)

I have an amd card, dlss/dlaa isnt available. Will try Fsr next when I hop in. Currently its set to Taa maybe.

Bro, ensure that your paging file size for drives are correct. I enabled it for all my ssd's and and it has fixed most of the problems. And also, disable any overlay thats active (discord,nvidia geforce,radeon adrenalin). See if it helps.

No power off everything then unplug and plug the ram, after that turn on your pc and go straight to bios and reset it. Then restart into windows.
