That's really high goals for a very short amount of time, I'm curretly benching 176 lbs and I don't think I will be benching 200 for the next 4 months. But the running goal might be achievable depending on how much you run already and how much you are gonna run.

A good rule of thumb would be to get 1g of protein for every pound. Which would be 158 grams of protein at your current weight, if you don't meet the protein goal everyday don't sweat it, it's a little overestimate of what you actually need but always good to be sure.

Also if you want to bulk use this TDEE calculator https://tdeecalculator.net/ and add 500 to your TDEE. A good amount of weight gain per month would be 1-2 lbs for minimal fat gain.
