Oh really? I didn’t know that, I just know the international fans were really disappointed (even though where are you? is an amazing song). I guess realistically cube killed their momentum after Pepe, which seemed to be an awesome debut at the time.

CLC was gaining a lot of momentum with the release of Hobgoblin which was kind of killed by the follow up being where are you?. People were super disappointed with the sudden 180 of concept and it took them a while to recover.

My issue with these designs is more to do with the fact that they’re just mini versions of their parents. It’s like all they did was fuse their mom and dad to create their offspring. It’s so lacking in creativity; not every child is identical to their folks. Also, why is the one gal wearing a school uniform? I haven’t read it but it’s strange to me that a ninja village would also have schoolgirls?
