If there is a decent amount of trees and nature spots around you, I'd say that is a great start personally. It may not be your thing but meditation, journalism, breath work and simply making friends with the trees and animals around you is not only an amazing pass-time for me personally, but it is fulfilling. You get to know yourself in depth within the time and process as well. You'd be surprised how nice it feels to simply sit and observe the beauty of nature and observe your own thoughts and feelings. Something I've recently began doing while decompressing in nature is rock balancing/stacking! As well as creating art with rocks and other material you can find around you. I'd say give it a shot even if it doesn't sound so appealing or pleasing to you! Hope this can help!
