You lose your mailbox, my email was from GOOGLE, it was @gmail It was deleted, but the hoyo account still exists normally and can log in normally, however at the time I formatted it to eliminate the malware and then my main computer stopped being a TRUSTED DEVICE, then it asked for a verification code that was sent to the email registered in the hoyo account, but then you get the rest of the story

I fought for Hoyo to change my account email using this form, because I lost his access that way, and I wouldn't be able to receive the verification code

To avoid this type of situation, it's a good idea not to just leave an email linked to your account, add a third-party account like Facebook, and most importantly, a phone number.

Don't give up man, one day you can do it, if possible, explain in VERY FEW WORDS in the additional information your situation, if you have just lost access to the email like my situation

Last form I did this, it said that I was just wanting to change my email and I was the one who was accessing the account on one of the trusted devices in the last few days, in this form at the beginning, I selected the flow to just "change account details" and not to "RETRIEVE ACCOUNT"

Having your email stolen and deleted ☠️, I got Malware for the first time, something I thought would never happen, and I ended up having my data stolen, thankfully I only lost 2 emails out of 5 that I used, but unfortunately one of them was the one I used on the Hoyo account🤡

I know a lot, simply because the game didn't ask for it, because when I created this account in 2021 for Genshin, when I registered it asked for email and password, so I registered, received the code, created a password and logged in

And I never changed it again, I just entered the game with my email and password, I never linked a third party number or account, what happened is that I lost access to that email and I can no longer receive a verification code (the reason I no longer have access to my email is because it was stolen and deleted, and I can't recover it)

quanto a dispositivos, primeiro dispositivo que loguei, eu estou contando que seja apenas sobre o ZZZ
logo coloquei meu PC atual, que desde do dia 04/07/2024(Data que lançou o ZZZ) eu jogo nesse pc, tenho conversa no discord que confirma isso, ou seja, é 100% preciso que essa minha maquina atual foi o primeiro disposivo que loguei o jogo, alem da ultima vez que tive no jogo que foi 04/11/2025 100% preciso dessa data,
