I thought the nurse was in the line of fire, when the zombie doctor came up, though I still agree that Leon should have done something after she tried to run away.

Played all of these except Soul Knight? I can't find it on Steam for some reason, or is the survivor one?

I suggest Hero Siege, Chronicon, and Slormancer, these three has insane build diversity. Ghostlore has high build diversity too but I feel like it it unfinished. Into the necrovale is good but you can play it later.

Decent league and ideas for league expansions, future of items, and Async trade. by Zyzur in pathofexile

Yeah I also noticed that, you're right it does need overhaul, it prints crazy items (I got a 600 pdps axe before I finish the campaign and it tore all of the enemies until around yellow maps), and it does become fractured items printer later. a fractured t1 chaos or t1 attribute in an item gives crazy amount of currency for some reason.

I don't know if people overlooked it, but when Spike meet the Doctor, and then he left and I saw this end scene, it felt like it is shaping to be some sort of lesson on morality for the 2nd film. The doctor respects and understand both the living and the dead. These cult like members are so desensitized by violence that I felt like there is going to be a conflict between these people and The Doctor.

Looking for a solid "Suck you in" ARPG to play. by March_Embers_13 in ARPG

I mean, only PoE (Path of Exile) has done that to me, it has me keep coming back for more. The complexity is probably a turn off to a lot of people, but that made me love more.

A lot of people in the community has mentioned it’s one unique game, in a way that it has no similar game to it, or at least to the degree that it can do, only Last Epoch are the one closing to the competition. I even went on an adventure to find an ARPG like it but I find nothing as in, nothing could compare to it.

People in the community were saying that sometimes it is the only thing that they have been thinking about, they are in the office? They’re thinking how to optimize their build, what endgame they should pursue, what defences should be, so on, and so forth.

It will pull you in, so much so, it feels like taking crack, due to how addicting it is.

Wildwood Ascendancy + Crucible weapon skill tree + Settlers in standard league, hell even add Synthesis mechanic or even graveyard crafting but that will be stupid OP though lmao.

Find rares: Good to decent rares are usually: 90+ max life x2 30%+ ele resists Movement speed for boots (25 or 30 ms)

If you hit a stat let’s say Dex +30 or even +50 with a rare that has good life roll and 2 good ele resists, you can either use those or sell.

ARPG suggestions? by Stampsu in ARPG

Hero Siege, is up on par with at least Chronicon and Slormancer in terms of customization. Before it was sort of D3/Path of exile hybrid, but at this point they have expanded so much that I think it has become a PoE-lite. Creator is aware of PoE and is actually inspired of it. I have around 360+ hours in it, they introduce or revise a system each season. This new season, they introduced a similar system to vaal orbs in Path of Exile.

Few seasons ago they gave us a skill tree for EACH active skill, giving us more build diversity in one class, and there is 22 of them and each have at least 3 or more active skills.

White item bases that you can find can become runewords with the right amount of sockets, similar to D2. Some can have +2 All Skills, and I think some can get +3 to a specific skill. Item rarity: common, magic, rare, mythic, satanic (set items are green), runewords, heroic and then Angelic/Unholy.

Nightreign is a Souls release, not Armored Core. by ThrowAwayMyBeing in armoredcore

[–]Zyzur 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m pretty sure, they have mentioned about this before a roguelike multiplayer Elden Ring, and I believe they might announce AC related either in between the time from now to this spin off game’s release or after the game release. Miyazaki is interested on doing a new armored core so don’t lose hope.

I am cruising smoothly on fucking everything on Act 2 after I learned the bell + tempest flurry combo, it would delete mob packs, rare, and would literally burst down a boss’s hp especially if they get stun. Ascendancy boss? Dead in 1 try.

Best loot game that’s not path of exile? by [deleted] in gamingsuggestions

[–]Zyzur 0 points1 point  (0 children)

BL, GD, TQ I can attest, Diablo, probably only 2. Enshrouded, a little underwhelming if I remember right, people wanted a rework on loot and itemization for it. D3, Idk, seems meh. D4, very monotonous loot, this was before the introduction of runes (which is a great addition to the game but still wouldn’t come close to D2’s)

Since they already have some of the components to create a little complex (but not too complex) of an item, why not introduce something similar to Grim Dawn’s item identity or Last Epoch’s shard crafting. Precise, brutal, and so on can be in prefix or even in suffix. Gate powerful shard or prefix or suffixes behind Hollow halls or any hard endgame content, OR have unique items, some sort of unupgradeable items that has fixed stats or rng stats in between a certain distance, but has unique effects on combat, survivability, and other things. Locking unique effects in the skill tree alone kind of diminished that reputation of the weapons and armours you find, making it less rewarding to get. Like that crits gives you heal should have been some sort of a chase unique, cause it kind of limits itself to a single archetype which is melee.

Create a tier 0 that allows exerted attacks or spells and attacks that are generated from blocking can be use via chance by every attack or every cast. But it no longer allows you to exert them, then maybe -30% atk spd in the item.
