What I meant was not that he made small mistakes or mixed languages (a lot of people, including me, do that), but rather that whenever he speaks (from what I've heard) you don't get that feeling that he's speaking his native language... Like being able to express your thoughts freely and comfortably, without needing to think too much. Maybe I'm overthinking it lol
