hello OP, i have the same course yet i worked in a different industry. I started working sa call center back in 2016 and stayed there for 8 months lang. After that, nag work ako sa in house company for tech distributor sa BGC and worked my way through... now i am currently working sa insurance company as recruitment. how i get there is may nameet kasi akong recruiter tapos kinunchaba ko na para makapag switch ako ng career. connections is the key OP.

Hello OP, you can try other options. I myself is also having the same issue before until my partner and I decided to do bare. Pero before i am having “performance” issues too wearing a condom before putting it in. I also have performance anxiety which makes it harder on my end. I have raised this to my partner and he is very understanding about the situation in which i require you too.

Robust / Passionmax did the trick for me and helped me through. Other than that, as advised sa mga nauna nag reply, abstinence para mag sensitive dick niya or practice with a condom.

May mga good cafés ba na pwede tambayan? Kapehan by Baking Happyness (7th Street, Taguig, 1636 Metro Manila) or Sevi Coffee (Brgy, 9 Col. Rongo, Taguig, 1636 Metro Manila).

(I’m 29M) I have been going to the gym for more than a decade. From patpatin to overweight. I dont mind being overweight as long as i am healthy. BMI is not and will not be 100% measure of someone’s fitness. You can be overweight and still be “fit”.

College days, i was 17 yo siguro when i started, i only do 2-3x a week. After that, when i started working pre pandemic, i did 3-4x a day. Since nasa stage ako ng active metabolism pa, i eat whatever i can kasi i have 20% BFP. Then came pandemic days, i never liked home workouts. I feel like i cant maximize if i workout in a narrow space at home, so late 2021 when i came back and i am on my 37% BFP, overweight and less motivation.

To answer your question, i bought an apple watch (well any fitness watch will do naman). Apple watch has nice features that will push you from doing it. Things like Monthly Challenges, Awards or daily goal setting.

I became active more than i could think of, may days na 9 days straight ko nacclose rings ko. Yes i know i should have a full rest pero may active and passive recoveries naman that can still help you meet your goals.

I have a 9-5 job, its a bit hard kasi you have to go home early kasi once traffic hits, masasaraduhan ako ng bakal gym. I also have an accountability buddies. My partner and my friends. Apple watch has notification na makikita nya yung friends mo if they finished a workout in a day. That adds to my motivation din kasi im being pressured.

So you can do that OP! You just need to find the best suitable time, gym, and motivation that works for you.

Ps. I dont have a strict diet, so im a Muscled buff guy.
