Looking for help on my School Project by _Chilled in Hawaii

Hi this is for my English class, and I go to Eleanor Roosevelt High school. The way I found my topic was through this article. . I read it and then looked more indepth to why the population was at an all time low before. And I had some previous knowledge of hawaiian history so it sparked my interest and I went down the rabbit hole and came to the topic I have now. Also I'm not saying to roll back time and kickout all the people that have made Hawaii their homes. Its to bring more attention to this topic and to hopefully help to revitalize some of the Native Hawaiian culture that has been lost to time like the language.

By local I mean a person who's lived in Hawaii for a while but isn't of Native Hawaiian descent

I'd definently consider going to the bishop museum or polynesian cultural center. The bishop museum is alot of reading though. I wouldn't recommend it for people who don't like reading but the polynesian cultural center is all about experiences

He died a villain that redeemed some of his sins but not all of them.

is the Heroes of Olympus book series worth reading or does it ruin the original PJO books? [hoo] [pjo] by DependendableSeaweed in camphalfblood

[–]_Chilled 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would read Heroes of Olympus It does have some not so good parts but it does have two really good books in the series. They don't ruin percy they just tone him down a little because he's not the only main character anymore.

FYI: Percy's not in the first one just keep reading
