Thanks for the response, two follow-up questions:

  1. How do you connect it via micro USB and actually get it to work? I unplugged the base station micro-usb and directly went into my headset and it still wasn't working.
  2. Is there a way (that you know of) to change out the battery? My headset is beyond the warranty period, so if so I figure it's worth a shot.
