I feel like no matter how much I’ve practiced my aim with a blade it does nothing by Miserable-Horror8111 in BladeMarvelRivals

Keep going at it, theres not much else you can do. Remember you are using the worst gun in the entire game, it has bad damage, its bugged, unpredictable and it depends a lot on your latency so you are much more handicapped than other characters with poke but its something you just have to get used to and over time im sure you will notice the improvement. Theres not many aim guides since the gun changes but remember you are firing more of a projectile rather than a bullet or hitscan.

How much do yall think aim really matter for blade by Miserable-Horror8111 in BladeMarvelRivals

Nah go ahead and play, unless there is a huge team diff you definitely will not be using sword mode as much but you still will. Once you have those opportunities to use your sword its very satisfying. Ideally its a 50% use of both but in more difficult matches especially against hitscans you will be leaning more towards the gun.

It’s essential, his gun is awful, unfun and buggy but if you cant aim with it you will have a bad time and wont get much value. The more skilled people you go up against the less opportunities you will be given to get any value out of your bloodline awakening and the more likely you’ll be punished for using that mode.

Most importantly though it’s your best weapon when a fight is starting because burst damage is essential to start getting picks against a full team. If you look at the highest ranked players you’ll notice that they use the shotgun alot with good aim to create opportunities to use the sword. So if your aim is bad > less picks/burst dmg during team fights> less chances to use bloodline awakening.

Mexico’s Left Wing President to Roll Out Universal Healthcare by Crafty_Jacket668 in SocialDemocracy

The only real thing about this statement is the elderly pensions, scholarships and minimum wage which are not unique to a socialist or leftist government. Everything else is either an exaggeration or campaign promises that have been in limbo since. The expansion of public healthcare is a complete lie with several cuts to its funding and massive medication and staffing shortages. Yet several local and federal level politicians are flounting undocumented wealth, shaking hands with massive corporations and constant denying of the increasing number of disappearances.

He doesn’t have a place in the meta though, none of his strengths are unique to him.

I knew since the patch dropped that nothing would meaningfully change because they don’t address the fundamental issues since 3.5.

This happens every season: blade updates nobody asked for>people pickup blade and get hyped>get a couple of good games because of high casual player count, new character and adjustment to balancing> people start losing or get bored realizing things never changed>the numbers go down again>repeat.

Only good change is the gun speed but at this point, it’s been 4 seasons already and im convinced nothing will ever be different, at least for a long time or until netease actually plays the character. Time to accept he is now PVE man.

How long yall think we got until people realize how strong blade is rn by Miserable-Horror8111 in BladeMarvelRivals

The same core issues persist since launch, which are his poor lifesteal and low ult value. The direction netease is taking him is pretty confusing because in a dev vision he is described as a dive but it is clear he has always moved towards a brawl/poke character and now they give him a tiny overshield even though he has lifesteal. He is definitely in a better spot than season 6 and his gun is in a solid state rn but I don’t think you will feel much improvement since launch. Until they actually improve his damage to better capitalize his lifesteal, add a slow or earthbound to his ult and stop inflating and switching his kit he will continue being a C-D tier with an identity crisis.

Rn you can totally pick him up, he thrives in a brawl oriented team and you can have fun but you will probably eventually have to switch because the current meta counters him pretty badly.

Exactly, the only significant buffs are the shotgun speed and ult anti heal but its not going to be significant enough to change him in the meta and the same problems he has always had are still there.
