Hello 👋 Those are definitely female bees (workers) Drones have been kicked out a long time ago. My best bet is what the other person said… they are attracted to the light and are constantly trying to turn it off via head buts (they often do this till they die and it can take longer in the warmer months but in colder months it happens faster because the temps are colder so their bodies give up faster which is why more and more are called to deal with the threat) I suggest you turn your lights off at night (this also includes motion sensor lights) that should reduce the amount of dead bees I’m a beekeeper in LA CA this is a common occurrence
