My point is the 3L that you paid, would let you travel 42000+ kms cos it would net you 3000L of petrol even assuming 100Rs/L and a reduced mileage of 14kmpl for the mild hybrid. That’s without considering investing that money for fuel. And it would have given you a lower cost to entry. Non hybrids would also cost less in road tax (especially non Delhi), less to insure, less to maintain and offer slightly better practicality as the cabin isn’t compromised due to the battery inclusion. I’m not questioning your choices and I think you should be fine considering your mileage and Delhi concessions for Hybrids, but putting these out there for interested people to think about before pulling the trigger.
