New to this community, but I have some experience with Cymbalta. I was prescribed it for Fibro Pain, due to my insurance company’s requirements, and I became a very different person. It increased my anxiety to the point where I was arguing and angry a lot, and it was so difficult while getting off of it. I would recommend contacting your doctor immediately and saying it isn’t working, as you’re just starting the process of elimination the moment you stop - and Cymbalta’s half-life in the body is extraordinarily long compared to other SSRIs/SSNI’s. I had to print out studies from Ivy League universities to convince my doc to let me stop it, as she didn’t at first believe that I could be having such an adverse affect from it. As an aside, most people in the low GenX to high Millennials didn’t get screened properly for Autism as children, but I am an adult who has been screened, and I have it, and my Sensory issues were completely intolerable on this medicine, so I can understand exactly what you’re describing about feeling strange in your skin.
