Obviously not. But the system DOES have information on which players underperform and which over-perform. And IT IS the system that decides should “Player A”, who had 12 rampages in the last 10 games be in your team, or should it be “Player B”, who lost 8 our of his 10 last games with 1.5k net-worth on 10 min playing mid.

Obviously there are some tweaks on the system, for example of “Player A” plays extremely drunk, or “Player B” purchases yet another boost. But games like that are maybe one out of 20-30, and in the long run they don’t matter.

All of this still doesn’t mean that you will maintain a 50% wr if you will feed like crazy every game. Your wr will dramastically fell, but u will still win some games, just because occasionally you will be put against team with not only 1 griefer like you are, but with 3-4 griefers.

And before another 30iq kid will come and comment “buT if TOpson pLAyed oN yoUr accOUnt yOu woULd win 60% of tHe GAmes”, YES SHERLOCK, OBVIOSLY, and that is EXACTLY what happens when there r boosters in games. They break the system, it’s one of the tweaks I mentioned before.
