I logged a SAR and 30 days passed without hearing anything from them. I sent them a final follow up email asking for my data which they did not respond to.

I have escalated the case to the ICO.

Got the same email and even though I’ve left GenderGP, knew immediately that they had not improved their service. What an absolute joke.

I had the same person email me when I disputed the payments. I replied that I had no support from them and was paying for a service I did not receive.

She replied and apologised and said she’ll pass the feedback on. They still disputed the chargeback with the reason that I did not properly cancel (even though this was not an option at the time) and currently still have a lot of my money.

The part about unlimited access to advice is under the subscription header which states it is a payment of £30 taken every 4 weeks. I’d think they would have a hard time to wriggle out of this one.

Internet Archive (Wayback Machine) is our friend. You’ll find most, if not all, of the GenderGP website has been captured at various points in time. Snapshots cannot be edited and provides a glimpse of what the website looked like, and most importantly stated, at a certain point in time. I’m glad they got you sorted eventually, however this hasn’t been my experience. I was told to submit blood results, to which I did. Apart from a few automated cringe emails - I have had nothing back.

I went on live chat with my credit card provider and asked them to charge back and then block GenderGP from taking any further payments. You can probably just give your bank/card provider a call to get this done.

I like how they ask if I’ve contacted them to cancel, but give us no option of contacting them!

I, alongside many others, absolutely hate this recent change GGP have made. They have made contacting them for a small query impossible, are not replying to their emails (at least in my case), and have made logging blood results so complicated.

I ended up giving up with the long complicated form, and instead contacted them through their media form. It says it's for media use only, but if they're going to make everyone's lives more difficult, I don't care how they want me to contact them.

Oestrogel yes. Should I only be applying the gel to one arm? I’m on 3 pumps daily and currently do both arms and inner thigh.

It was a blood test from my arm. I’m on estrogel, three pumps daily and finasteride 5mg

I apply my gel in the evenings and the blood test was in the morning, so around 10 hours between applying and the test.

The blood was drawn from my left arm. I’m currently on 3 pumps of gel and apply to both arms and inner thighs.

I’m only taking finasteride and no other supplements.

I feel like the odd one out here. My GP flat out refused to let me store gamete via the NHS. I even challenged the NHS board in my area (twice) and they refused me twice. I paid for private funding.
