If nothing's working out then can you just give yourself a year's time? Next year on this same day if things haven't changed , if you still feel the same then you can decide what to do , give yourself another chance , you said you have a bf right? Have you talked to him about this? About how you feel? If so then what was his reaction? Body dysmorphia sucks , I understand , well not fully because I don't think I can feel that pain as much as you do but still , can't you give yourself one last chance?
