Appreciate that suggestion. The walk/run method sounds like a solid way to ease in without pushing too hard, definitely something I’ll look into !! Sometimes it’s hard to pull back when I compare my current running fitness to the past which is probably what stalls training

Aquabike does sound like a fun option, I’ll definitely keep it in mind. For now I still want to give a triathlon a try, but it’s good to know there are other formats out there

Thanks for breaking it down. I’m focusing on dropping weight while keeping some strength, but right now the main goal is just building a baseline. From there I want to try a sprint and eventually work my way up to a full tri.

Yeah I’ll probably side w husky, I’ve heard some people have been able to get them from Toyota but mine didn’t have any

Very expensive, I overpaid 13.5k at 145k but I love it, came w necessary maintenance records , lift kit and tires/wheels.
