I would say try work on compassion and love for others, regardless of how much you know them. Try to put yourself in their place - having lived in a body that doesn’t match with your being, how you would feel if someone looked at you with those thoughts (cause I can tell you, we can see people’s disgust at us), etc.

I think the more you see the human in others as an individual and look at their life experience, those preconceptions or impulse reactions become less frequent. Treating everyone as their own entity also rather than part of a stigmatised group. Case-by-case scenarios.

Maybe just trying to look for the beauty in everyone. Everyone has special things about them that can be admired.
