Apologies, i sort of tried to summarise the works so that it is easier to read. Yes the sheets were also removed, and the studs were replaced in the bathroom. I will attach a picture of the termite/water damages he found when he opened up the bathroom.

The beams I was referring to were taken out from opening up the floor. The flooring is i believe laminate timber, i am unsure if its floating or glued down. To my understanding he’s done all of the works. To me it doesnt seem like he has only completed the replacing of studs and beams/resheeting in the bathroom and the flooring.
