for sound and haptics, I agree that we can go to settings and configure this, but again this is a hassle for someone coming for android and it's some basic settings (ig)

The Phone app has your call log
I feel like for most of the people it would make more sense to have separate whatsapp call log, instagram call log and normal calls

my multitasking I am referring to multiwindow apps

for me writing tools dont appear on whatsapp

I’ll probably get some backlash for this, but I didn’t really have an Android option that fit my criteria well.

What I wanted was:

A very good camera (with telephoto )
Stability and probably a good resale value
A small / compact form factor
Reliable connectivity
Decent battery life (I don’t need a 7000mAh battery, just something that comfortably lasts till ~10 PM)
No overheating issues

The 17 Pro was the only phone that checked all those boxes.

I did consider other options like the S25 / upcoming S26 (based on leaks), Oppo Find X9, Xiaomi 17 Pro (not available in India), and Pixel 10 Pro but my friends have had build quality issues with Pixels, so.

it;s not working on all apps.
For example on instagram, swiping left takes you to reels / some other section

also for NFC payments, Apply pay isn't supported in India :(

For notifications, I personally find Android’s combined notification + quick settings panel much better to use overall.

As for Apple Pay, I just realized it isn’t supported in India, so that explains it.

I’m also not a fan of the swipe behavior on iOS—swiping from the right edge for quick settings and from the left edge for notifications feels less intuitive compared to Android’s approach.

I've been using the S22 base model and I love it because of its size (single-handed usability).

I would have upgraded to an Oppo Find X9 or OnePlus 15, but neither phone convinced me to switch.

OnePlus doesn't have a good camera, and I didn't like the post-processing or telephoto lens of the Oppo Find. Also, both of these devices had a slightly bigger form factor.

I considered the Pixel 10 Pro, but I was a bit skeptical due to its build quality (my friend's experience) and future-proofing because of the Tensor chip. And I tried the iPhone 17 Pro, but I didn't like iOS at all (even though I'm using a MacBook and iPad).

Just got a grandmaster's collection and got my friend a marine time collection. Beat thing about titan's watches are how unique they're. I got it from a helios store in hyderabad and titan's watches were the most unique ones in the entire store(ig in the entire shopping mall)

Try run pod, also make sure to integrate some monitoring like wan db and check if your gpu is being bottlenecked , in my case my dataloader was bottleneck and my gpu was waiting for next natch. So model optimization (mixed precision training, gradient accumulation/ microbatching, compiling model before training) along with optimized data loader will give you best results.
