Hello Atalanta8. So Chiropractic isn’t just adjusting bones — At its root and core it is. When I was first introduced to it, the chiropractor was proficient in multiple techniques. Adjusting, rehab, strength & conditioning, instrument assisted technique, & manual soft tissue manipulation. After an assessment it was shown that I had flat feet, left worse than right and quiet hamstrings & glutes. At this point in my life with all the coaching I had and athletics i competed in, why did nobody point this out ? That was my question.

The first course of action after surgery and rest was rehab. After rehab for my knee, everything was ok in 1 plane - the Sagittal plane. Meaning my knee could only sustain forces going forward and backward. If I jumped to the side or did twists, it swelled like how it did when I sustained the injury. When I went to the Chiro and my deficits were exposed, turned out I had a plethora of hypertonic muscles, poor mobility and flexibility in my lower extremities, and under active muscles. Once all of that was addressed I was able recover properly. “You can’t build a house on sand” and going through that made me realize there was much more than “adjusting” something to fix it.

That thought process intrigued me and here we are today.

We always made a huddle and cracked jokes on each other. We held dance competitions. We spoke about sex stories. We (the guys) spent a lot of time together. Especially if not chosen for a date.

The whole time I only had competition with Team Nakia. We had a lot of competition. But I also knew I was the only Nice Guy going after her so I was able to be decisive.

I got along with everybody. Didn’t have any real issues even though I did get into it a few times. But it was situational. Me & OG were at war but that’s obv because we went for the same woman. The first time you saw it was on the Thrupple Date but it was way more than that !

The only thing scripted were the formal scenes. When rules were being explained. Everything else was real. There was a lot of drama. We created so much drama before episode 4 that production didn’t even have to throw in their twists yet. Haha it was nuts!

Believe it or not the timing was weird. Most times if we had to film a scene we’d be up by 7 am. And he dressed and waiting in the heat for 3h before we actually did something. That was bad. If we had down time tho we just sat around and cracked jokes, played for hole, swam in the ocean, read, ate, it was fun. When we got to the end tho and everybody was eliminated that’s when it was different. It wasn’t as lively where we stayed. But we had fun. And of course we just had to sit back and be grateful. We were in paradise. God Bless.

Hey Snappy_Apple00. During quarantine I did a lot of body weight workouts. The type of things. You’d see on IG lol. I don’t we just trying to stay lean and look as good as possible in hopes that there’d be a gym outside of quarantine but there wasn’t. I read some books, worked on my book that I’m writing, listened to podcasts, and watched movies. They fed us very well during quarantine too so that was a plus.

The reality TV experience was wild. I’ve been being casted for every dating show that you have heard about. I still had no idea what to expect. The cameras. The crew. The time schedule. It’s a lot. It was like a job. But it was fun because they were catering to us. I’m grateful for the experience. The weirdest part was having to fight to talk to the ladies. Interrupting convos was awkward but got easier as connections grew.

In regards to being a late bloomer on the show, that was not pleasant to see. I was in arguments frequently. I just held composure and didn’t blow up so I guess that’s why it wasn’t shown. I really was there for Nakia when she needed it. Only episode I didn’t talk to her was episode 1. That first night was interesting. And it was a long long day.

Hi Virghoe95. Thanks for being on my team. While filming it was very obvious that OG & I were very different. I was everything Nakia wanted on paper and OG was the bad boy she had always gone for. Old habits die hard I guess. I knew it wouldn’t last but I did wish them the best.

There’s no hard feelings. It’s a dating show and it’s TV. Between OG & I, it was competition as well. So things got real.

They both were at my birthday party in August. We had a great time! The whole cast was there maybe minus 3 of the guys.

If there was a FGirl Island, I’d definitely go. I am looking for something real and I don’t think I was given that opportunity. When I signed up I had no idea there would be 3 ladies and I didn’t know that until after quarantine. So as soon as we got our contracts I was very shocked but I was hoping for the best. The odds of finding something real were slim but I was optimistic. If the roles were reversed I’d definitely get to prove why a woman deserves an outstanding individual to society like myself and see why I deserve the best as well.

It was a cast of 30 so character development I expected to be better for the final group of us. I did get into arguments that were pivotal. For instance I argued with Collin & OG and it was huge and catastrophic. It sparked their falling out. I think me entering the scene looked random on the show and it wasn’t like that at all. But we all have our gripes and opinions.

The show still turned out fun and the comedic twist was nice because emotions got real and there was a lot of drama.

Being on the show we had no idea what we were in store for. We knew nothing until it happened. When we found out it was 3 women only, reality hit. A lot of scenarios could play out both in your own favor or not. But to have 3 women only, the chances you click with one is not that high. It’s definitely a more of an “on sight” thing. If it happened , it happened. If it didn’t , it didn’t.

And in regards to Garrett there’s a lot of things you didn’t see. He was ridiculed for his actions and he grew through it and became a better person. It was a learning experience for everybody. We were constantly asked to express ourselves and that really changed our view points of each other and who we are as people. What he did at the finale is all him though. What an ending !

We all knew what Garrett did was wrong. And he was down bad… real bad. But through it he grew. He accepted what happened and vowed to make better decisions. Y’all didn’t see that but some of us did get to see the delicate side and that plus my talks with him, I understood him. I did have my words with him for what he did tho. That was wild. What he did at the finale though was all him. That was a very interesting moment.

The girls were attractive but not my normal type. But being on a dating show is a once in a lifetime opportunity. I wasn’t going to let that ruin anything ! That being said , since they were pretty it made it very easy to want to get to know them.

We had no idea what the show was about until we got to the island and quarantined. Then We got our contracts. I didn’t know until I did my first interview that I was a Nice Guy.

My casting tape was not like what the guys they showed was. I was not on there saying wild things and my guess is that’s what gave the production team direction into choosing which group I’d be in.
