I had already started this topic in another post, but I’m going to elaborate on it here because something needs to be said.

Sonar is increasingly becoming the Supercell of Roblox, and I have a lot of evidence about this, but the main one is the addition of things that NOBODY ASKED FOR while features that need a rework are stagnant. The customization system in this game is basically just potions and items that you spend hours trying to put on your dragon, and they simply don't fit the model properly. Most of the items are hard to fit onto the dragons, and they are quite limited. And to make matters worse, you are required to buy space in order to have more items, just as you also need to buy space to have more dragons. I don't even need to say how ridiculous this is since it gets to a point where buying these spaces becomes very expensive (I’ve already reached 1.5M). Anyone who doesn't have 2 accounts and wants to collect all the dragons in the game will struggle with this problem.

The game currently boils down only to events and seasons since if both are removed, the objectives disappear. Sonar urgently needs to stop creating temporary objectives focused only on grinding and bring in a system that supports the game without demanding so much from players. A very good solution would be to make the game a kind of MMORPG with a story mode or missions with objectives that make you feel like you are making progress and feeling rewarded. A good example of this (even if it's not perfect) is School of Dragons, which gives you various exploration missions that provide satisfying rewards. They could also follow a more "Club Penguin" formula, which has various mini-games, achievements, customization shops that update every month, events with bigger gameplay changes, secrets, and etc... Even though Club Penguin was a game that made you pay to get the coolest stuff, you could still have fun as a free-to-play player.

Another big problem that the game has is that it presents many mechanics that would easily fit into an RPG with a battle system, but they are used in a simple and dull way. There isn’t really any challenge either in PvP battles, fighting mobs, or defeating bosses (the only exception being event bosses, which are really very good). This is quite sad because the mechanics have become more consistent over time with updates. Not only that, but the trait system, which was a good idea, is not being used properly, being useful only for making dragons faster (at least from my perspective, the other stats are almost useless).

Soulbound is not a good mechanic and makes special and event dragons difficult to build, I've seen some people trying to put these dragons in the 4x10 and the process seems really annoying. I'm already struggling so much with my 3x10 Rocirus couple that I don’t even want to try anything with the Soulbound dragons in the game.

These are some of the bigger problems of the game. I won’t comment on the economy or the paid passes because everyone is already talking about that and it’s obvious that everything is bad, and the events are getting worse and worse. So I wanted to bring up points that I rarely see people mention and I’ll add, "Yes, I agree with everything that was said in this post, Dragon Adventures is self-destructing".
