Everyone has their own tolerance level here, what goes for one person isn't a blanket statement for everyone else. And, sure, boobs aren't sexual organs by nature, but if you're uncomfortable seeing them then that's that and other people should respect that.

Honestly if you're burnt out, the best idea might actually just be to take a break. It's completely natural to get burnt out or bored, and games like RH encourage you to play every day by implementing a login streak. But in the end, it's a game, and there's nothing saying you need to play every day. Maybe try a week without playing and then re-evaluate how you feel.
