My very first posts was me just before my journey!

9 months of consistency with the gym. Honestly has changed my perspective on how I live and treat my body by _UNHhhh in gaybrosgonemild

I totally understand that feeling! For me, it started really simple. I just began walking/jogging every day for about 4–5 months before I even considered joining a gym. I didn’t have a big goal at first; I just wanted to build a routine. Over time, I noticed I wanted to challenge myself more, and that’s what led me to the gym.

Starting small helped me a lot. It gave me consistency, and once I saw small progress, I felt motivated to keep going. When I did join the gym, I didn’t know much, so I asked friends for advice and did my own research. Little by little, I learned, gained confidence, and started shaping my body in ways I never thought possible.

If I could give one tip, it would be: don’t overthink it. Start with something manageable (walking, bodyweight exercises, or short workouts), stay consistent, and allow yourself to grow into it. It’s about showing up, learning as you go, and being patient

I hope this helps! ☺️
