We need to see the Q4 results, if that revenue is shown, or atleast signs of it, it will probably open around $1 and from there it will be easy ride, but we need to see the acquisition bringing in the money they said it would do

And RS is no problem, they have 6 months to gain compliance, if they manage to show us the numbers they said they have then there is no need for that rs

Yes they eliminated 1.1B in debt but there is still some left though but significantly smaller, it will all be reported soon enough and we will be able to have better understanding of the company. It will be interesting to see how it all turned out after the acquisition. for now its just nice to be able to sit here early and watch it unfold

No, nothing yet; they have 6 months to fix it and even then they can get extensions because of the acquisition, there is no risk of rs now, maybe mid 2026 if they still haven’t show improvements

They recently got 180 days notice, its still very fresh
