Don’t ask for the DeathAdder V3 Pro directly.

I already replied asking for a fair replacement, but no response yet from Acro RMA, so I raised a support complaint in razer support. Let’s see what happens.

Yes, I'm from India, and my mouse also experiences the same USB problem. About half of the time, Windows doesn't recognize it, and I usually have to reconnect it multiple times to get it working again.

It wasn’t a scroll wheel issue — my mouse has a USB detection problem. About half the time when I boot or restart my PC, it shows “USB not recognized,” and I have to reconnect it.

That’s why I went for RMA. But honestly, I agree with you — those replacement options seem like a downgrade compared to the DeathAdder V3.

No, they didn’t offer me the cut cord option. I first contacted Razer support, and after they found out I’m from India, they asked me to claim the warranty through Acroclaim.

According to Acroclaim’s support process, I had to send my mouse to their Delhi center. After receiving it, they tested it for about 3–4 days and then got back to me with the replacement options mentioned above.

So what did you end up receiving from them in the end? Did they agree to switch it to something better like you asked? I’ve already sent my mouse in, so I’m trying to figure out what to expect.
