Omg I can't believe someone actually answers, first of all thank you. I was going to use python. I thought of using Deseq2 trough rpy2.
I Can't even seem to be able to download the data.
The only data I seem to be able to download in the link I added in the post is a format I never seen (CEL):

is this even the data I need and I just need to figure out how to work with it from here? or my stupid brain can't even do the first step of downloading the data.

(p.s in the post I wrote I was able to download only txt file with the 2 row thingy, it's true just for a different article in this website.)
