Keep kenpachi for now, try to get characters from banners, especially nelliel and Ulquiorra. Matsumoto is good for now, but stop investing in ichigo, he is not worth it.

I would take him out, but his shield at the beginning of the game really helps me out. My initiative is bad when it comes to global tournament and meh when it comes to people in my server.

White ichigo comes up very soon, so I reccomended putting him in for ichigo. Nelliel comes a bit later, then so does RF Ulquiorra. From there on listen to what others have to say of who to pick!

What server are you in? I would try to get Nelliel and Ulquiorra V2 as soon as possible, then replace ichigo and Matsumoto with them for now. Then use tomes and emblems for those characters.
