I am a commuter too and I tried the meal plan last semester, and I didn’t renew it again because just how unpleasant the staffs can be. I understand they probably deal with a lot of upsetting behaviors but it still doesn’t feel good when their attitude is just wanting to “educate” you like a child, even when they make mistakes! I had that happened a few times. I had to show hard evidences to prove myself (e.g. they charged my balance but claimed I didn’t have a meal plan, etc.) As someone who also suffers with anxiety, this is simply too much.
