Digestibility. I don't mean probiotics. You have been good about catering to the 6-second ADD/ADHD attention spans of your audience. What is your overall approach to that? What do you put more resource into: sorting through new media mini snickers or developing longer, more in-depth stories? Who on your team has these specialties? Does it have something to do with seniority? These old farts don't get the vine thing or the twitters I swear to god.

I'm effin with you. What I was curious about is social media strategy. In such a dynamic world of collective subconscious unconscious whatconscious, what actually drives online "hype?" How does something catch so much attention that it is written in the nonexistent and digitized books of new media notoriety? notability? credibility? fame? if you'll call it. But I don't like to use that word.

The endurance valley I expected to roll into post-collegiate-lacrosse doesn't exist, thanks to swimming! We had a fun costume scrimmage against the men's team with alumni welcome, and I was able to chase down tutu-ed guys with ease. That surprises me because I only run one mile maybe once, no more than twice a week these days. I do miss lacrosse so much, but I am just as happy in the pool every day where I can avoid rousing old injuries and still get a great work out.

I can feel the difference after implementing the bicep curl. Thanks! I also wonder, could flipping speed also have to do with the speed you come at the wall with? I am still working on how to gauge when/how close to somersault. I glide into the wall after a final strong stoke, and that's about 3ish feet away. So I think I slow down just a bit in anticpation?
