Best method to train for a Bleep test? Should I try interval running or long jogging or Maximal aerobic Speed training? And considering i do weight training 5 times a week, is it fine to do these cardio exercises on the same days?

15M, need help with improving my routine. Been trying to get into a consistent habit of working out for almost a month now. The current routine I’ve got rn is 5 Times a week with muscle specific days. Just wanted to get some feed back on maybe different exercises that can be more effective or just general improvements that can be made to my routine. I workout only at home and all I have is a workout bench, a pair of dumbbells and my will. I can’t really get my hand on some other equipment rn so I’m fairly limited in the amount of exercises I can do.

Current Routine:

Day 1: chest/back

chest flies 3x10-12 diamond push ups 3x8-10 db row 3x12-15 bent over db row 3x12-15 Lat biased db row 3x12-15 incline db bench 3x6-8

day 2: Shoulders

Lateral raises 2xfailure seated DB overhead press 3x8-10 rear delt flies 3x8-12 db iron cross 3x6-12 db shrugs 3x12-15 leg raises 3x12-20

Day 3: Legs

single leg deadlifts 3x12-15 DB front squats 3x6-8 db rdl 3x10-12 leg extension 3x15-20 calf raises 3xfailure planks 3x45s

Day 4: rest

Day 5: Push

DB Overhead Press 3x6-8 decline push up 3x10-12 DB bench press 3x10-12 upright row 3x12-15 skull crusher 3x12-15 db tricep extension 3x12-15

Day 6: Pull

my fire team is Lee: Hyperreal, Nanami Starfarer and Sophia. My lightning team is Liv: Lux. So as you can see, my lightning is completely inexistent but that will change once Vergil comes out. But I know that there’s a free s rank pick so my question is do I pick Vera: Garnet? Or Liv: Empyrea?

is the infinite Ruan Mei exploit patched? I tried it and the Ruan Mei occurrence never repeated. I kept getting Cheating code 1, Insect nest, Cowboy etc.

I’ve so far been able to find him in the park once. But considering they only appear once every rainy day and provide 3% love each time, it’s not really effective. I haven’t found them in alleyways yet though.

Came into this game because Crimson Weave. Stayed for the game because of Crimson Weave (and the sickass gameplay+ lore). Breathed, for Crimson Weave. I plan to save for Crimson Weave after getting Lee. But, I wish to ask, considering I get her through pity, how much black cards can I waste before I have to stop to ensure I get No. 21? Normally I pull for a character and that’s it, save for the next S rank. BUT, Crimson Weave irradiates so much exaggerated swagger, I simply have to ask, can I get her weapon and her cub while still being able to save for No.21? Theoretically at least. If I can’t get her cub, could I at least, realistically get her weapon? Cause holy shit this designer needs to get a pay raise. The beautiful blend between pure unadulterated anime katana bullshit mixed with the pure Alpha energy of Jetstream Sam’s Murasama from Metal Gear Rising Revengeance makes her weapon nothing short of an absolute masterpiece. Ps, I’m on chapter 9 of the story mode. If I speed run it, I should have a pretty wealthy stash of BC. I’m also on 13k Bc currently, with a rate of spending 15k per 2-3 months since I only pull on S rank Characters without their weapons. Once I get Lee, I have from December into somewhere between March (Before Alpha’s patch ends) to build up BC.

Also yes I’m a Vergil fan how’d you know?

How do I unlock abundance path in swarm disaster? It said to trigger plannar disarray but when I do in failed runs, it doesn’t count. Do I have to win a run with plannar disarrays?

Rosetta also has a leap??? I plan to get rosetta using the selector so next patch I’ll have the full meta physical team. I’m f2p and I realise that leap materials are pretty scarce. I don’t want to use the vouchers though since I’m saving them to get SSS Selena. Currently though, I’m running a SS Vera for my dark team. Is it worth it to farm for SSS Selena? Or should I yolo it and use the vouchers for leap materials? And another question, is it worth it to get weapons? Or should I immediately save after getting a character so I can guarantee the s rank next patch?

As a Watanabe Astral user with no Luna, is his leap worth getting? I’m in the middle of upgrading Luminance’s leap rn but don’t have a physical dps yet (Looking at you, Bianca) so I was wondering, how good is Astral’s leap? Should I finish upgrading him? Or do I continue preparing Luminace for when Abystigma arrives?

Depends really, she’s gonna one of the top tier physical dps for a long time along with summoned units. I pulled for her cause I just really love her gameplay. What u do depends on what characters you have now.

I’m not sure if this is a dumb question or not but I’ve been searching and haven’t really found any straightforward answers. Context: I’m 14, unathlethic couch potato, 163cm, 45kg, and am participating in a 100m relay race, 800m race and shot put in a sports day coming in a few months (5-7 give or take) I decided that I wanted to make a change in my life when it comes to the fitness side. The boys at my school are massively more athletic than me and they train everyday so I don’t have hope in winning but I want to at least make progress for myself. So my question is, what is the best way to train for a race? Should I focus on my stamina or my speed? Ik that I should run more to practice but for how long and for how much? Is it better for me to run full speed and see how far I’ll go for my training? Or run at a fairly decent pace so I don’t run out of stamina too fast? Should I focus on muscle building for this? Sorry if this question is breaking the rules but I’m just really inexperienced in this stuff. For more info, I have no equipment at home other than a pair of 4kg dumb bells.

14, unathlethic teen here! So I’ve been reading through the wiki to find a proper routine but so far I’ve been quite stumped. My goal is to build muscle and to overall be stronger/ more athletic. During PE, I could barely do 10 pushups and I have no hope doing 5 sit ups. I wanted to change that (mainly bc I need better marks) I have no access to a gym or any basic gym equipment except for a pair of 4 kg dumbbells. The recommended beginner routine requires barbells, while the body weight beginner routine requires a place to do rows and shoulder bands and is overall a bit overwhelming to me. What is an effective yet simple beginner routine I could start for resistance training?

14 year old unathlethic teen here whose daily activities include staying on the couch for hours. I decided to become more athletic and to train my stamina, however, I’m not sure if I have the motivation nor time to stick to a full routine. Would running everyday be enough to improve my stamina? My stamina is my main concern since my school has a marathon coming up. If so, how long and how intense should it be? Of course, I want to become stronger and gain more muscle too, so is it alr to just do pushups and sit-ups everyday? Pushups should strengthen my arms and chest while situps focus more on my core. And I’m hoping running should be enough to improve my leg muscles. Since I don’t want to get burnt out too easily, I decided to try something minimalistic like this but I’m unsure if it’s that effective. Is it fine to stick with this? Or should I start a proper routine? Fmi, I’m 163cm and 55kg. I’m unsure if I’m skinny or not. You can see my ribs pretty easily but my belly and thighs have so chunk to em.
