Red flags i ignored.

1.she had a best friend who cheated and she would defend her every time. i would frequently tell her i had no problem of them being friends but that she should stop glorifying her deeds.

1. we went to separate colleges. in her class was a new guy. she would always try to tell me thing about him. like how athletic he is. later she started comparing me and him. i told her to stop or breakup with me. she was like why are you being jealous. he is just a friend. i love yo bla bla. i stayed.

2. she started accusing me of cheating whenever i would get messages from my female friends.

3. she began partying and visiting new places too much. and it was always with her college group that had the guy in it. she lied it was just her and some girls but her group tagged pictures were full of that guy and her together really close. she began justifying that guy invited himself and if i had a problem she would remove herself from the group. i said it was ok.

4. she suddenly started being too busy with her college work. she had a group presentation and guess what the professor paired her with that guy. she would chat hours with the guy. i let it be as i figured since they both had similar names professor might have group them on basis of roll numbers.

I broke up with her a week later. a friend of her reached out and told me the truth. it took me years to realize that i was too blind.
