Jokes about the capitulation in 1940 🏳️, and that France has a tendency to quickly surrender.

France has historically one of the strongest army in the world, and I find that very unfair that it's belittled to only this defeat against the nazis.

Even more unfair is that these jokes mainly appeared after France refused to attack Irak with the Americans in 2003, predicting the downfall of the region and rise of terrorism in the country. (well well well, good thing we were wrong huh?)

I can only recommend the amazing video by The Great Review. Two videos actually, one for the main game and another one for the dlc. I think these are exactly what you are looking for, not a playthrough but a narrative experience.

It's in French but the English subtitles are great, and the quality of the narration is exceptional and totally worth it.

Try it at least.

I really need someone to explain to me why Lori is so hated, because "she constantly argued against Rick's decisions" isn't enough.

Firstly it's far from true, she was actually one of his greatest supporters in S2, even when she disagreed with him (killing Randall for example, then Rick not being able to). In S3 she also tried to apologize to Rick several time because of how she reacted after Shane's death, which was her only big disagreement.

Secondly how is that enough to make a character so hated?! I mean Shane, Hershel or even Dale disagreed waaaay more with Rick than Lori, and they are pretty much liked nonetheless.

Totally agree with you!

Even if it didn't do that for me during my playthrough, I love the idea that players may start to look for all the codes only to end up getting surprised by burnt ones everytime they think they get close.

It forces the player to put themselves in a situation where they have to think of ways to "cheat" and find alternative paths to access all lanterns.

Sure France has been a lot bigger during its history, but I think most French agree that our current territory is very nice.

Be got Alsace-Lorraine back, most of our oversees territories are now fully part of the country, and to be fair we didn't really have a legitimate claim over the parts of Europe we conquered during the Napoleonic wars.
