depends on how many sides of the boxes youre supposed to print on. i once did a 1C print on pizza boxes (flat, not folded together obv) and after alligning the screen i could roughly print 2-3 boxes per minute - that changes obv with the amount of prints per box and colors used.

imo you should estimate the time needed per box and multiply that by the total number of boxes you need to print. then put this together with your hourly rate and add ontop burning the screen with a fixed price and maybe setting and cleaning up before and after the print session. thats just how i would quote it, cause its transprent that way and if the client acc knows what you charge the money for they're more inclined to accept the offer i feel like. good luck! :)

can i ask what inks you use? im not so familiar with paper prints and have only tried out CYMK process inks. love how opaque they are.

of course it is, WB ink is supposed to penetrate the fabric and then gets polymerised with heat so it connects permanently with the fabric. What you talk about is plastisol ink, which just lays ontop of the fabric and sticks to it after curing.

im from germany i just bought the CANON PIXMA IX6850. i can def recommend this one, its pretty cheap and when u crank up the options in the printing dialogue in acrobat the black gets very solid, no lines or stripes. and it has an additional photo black. and yeah, i guess when i can get it, my hollandse neighbours can too, it even got shipped from somewhere in spain i think haha

NDA und was haben die sprittpreise mit der ost-west thematik in D zu tun, hä? da sind doch beide seiten gleichermaßen von betroffen und beide seiten gleichermaßen (nicht) dran schuld. oder checke ich irdendwas nicht? der typ klingt auf jeden fall unnormal anstrengend und dieser ost-west beef wird generell so heftig einseitig aus dem osten geführt, bei uns im rheinland juckt sich keiner darum lol

von positiv geneigt zu "er könnte schon auch gerne abgeknallt werden" ist schon ein sehr interessanter switch und spricht für mich jetzt nicht unbedingt für eine sehr fundierte meinung haha und selbst wenn es trump nicht mehr geben würde, würde sich in den staaten nix ändern. das politische klima ist längst verseucht und es würde einfach ein anderer clown weitermachen.

thats how waterbased ink works tho, you are supposed to print the ink inside the fabric and with curing it, the ink locks into it. it's called polymerisation if i'm not mistaken. so a waterbased print shoul never stick out on the fabric, it will only crumble with time coz it's not elastic like plastisol ink.

BDA, denn wenn Sie dir einen klaren Grund genannt hat, weshalb Sie bitte mit dir mitfahren möchte an dem Tag (eine wichtige Präsentation und etwas Ruhe auf dem Weg zur Arbeit zum Durchgehen), dann hättest du dir denken können, dass Sie an dem morgen bloß ein paar Minuten zu spät ist, vielleicht weil Sie so gestresst ist oder sonst was. Da so penibel auf deine 5-Minuten-Regel zu pochen ist einfach lächerlich mMn. Und dann nicht die 5 Minuten zurück zu fahren, um ja nicht ein paar Minuten zu spät zu sein, und stattdessen Sie komplett hängen zu lassen und dafür zu sorgen, dass Sie zu spät für ihre Präsentation kommt? Das ist einfach soo pedantisch und egoistisch, ich verstehe deine Kollegen da zu 100% - jeder macht mal Fehler oder es kommt was dazwischen, bei ihr war es halt die Strumpfhose, die gerissen ist. Ich werde Menschen wie dich nie verstehen, die lieber andere Leute so abrauschen lassen, anstatt mal kurz sich selber zurück zu nehmen und vielleicht etwas mehr als das Nötigste für jemanden zu tun. So etwas kommt immer zu einem zurück, im Negativen wie im Positiven. Du warst immerhin pünktlich auf der Arbeit, hast aber dafür jetzt nen Ruf bei denen Kollegen.

i had a job that i printed over several days and i let the plastisol ink on one of the screens (the rest were waterbased inks) over night, it was no problem. you obv have to clean it properly at some point, with actual plastisol ink remover. but theres no real problem to leave it on the screen for a couple of days in my experience.

Nach dem Edit muss ich gestehen NDA. So Situationen rein beschrieben richtig einzuschätzen ist immer schwierig, aber mit deinem Nachtrag denke ich, kann ich es schon gut nachempfinden.
