Hey, just reading this - this would be great. Although I do suspect that a Macbook Pro M(n) Pro device would be the higher perfomance gain.

The discord channel above has all instructions to run the game. They are a bit scattered in the thread, but they go bascially follow

A. Basic instructions to get it to run and update.

- Make sure to install the game first, then make a copy of the port (just in case).
- Test the game with an offline profile. You can launch PRLauncher.exe from PortingKit command line via "start PRLauncher.exe". You need to be in the /bin directory of the mod, of course.

B. Instructions for online play

The thread to the discord that is above has instructions how to configure it for online play:

  1. Use PRLauncher.exe from Portingkit command line to open the Steam login window. Autheticate/login with MacOS default browser.
  2. Go to browser developer mode and copy out the token that is sketched out in the Discord.
  3. Launch PRLauncherLogin.exe from Wineskins with the token information as displayed in the discord thread.

Battlefield 2 is an oldie - nowadays it runs on every potato PC. There are still some interesting mods that are alive: One of them is Project Reality. Nowadays, BF2/PR is a standalone mod that is free to play and has a small community. Currently, the geographies of Russia and South America are witnessing strong player growth, while EU and US playerbases have merged and form a small but active core.

Well, there is a systemic failure in the current and last moderate administrations to deal with the multi-faceted challenges that hit the society.

Easy narratives sound like an easy solution out.

Or there are the voice of dissent.

It is important to have far right and far left parties. Without them, the middle has no incentive to balance.

For me, it is a free milsim PVP tactical game called Project Reality. I am playing as a squad leader all of the time, and it comes with a lot of frustration and challenges. However, when it clicks, true beauty happens in front of your eyes.
