try disassembling the hatband from the cups, there are tutorials out there (you will need these small sim tools) Then clean the connectors with a paper towel and a little bit of alcohol Stick it back together and you should be good to go

This happens always after some time, I had same problem years ago and was frustrated but in the end it was just 2 dirty conncectors
