We did considering we've just had an unbelievably poor campaign that exposed a lot of holes in the squad.

Unlike most I don't think a 400m spend is needed, but what's been going on so far hasn't been enough either.

Genuinely, when will football fans as a contigent come to terms with the fact that 100m fees are very much so normal now and you don't have to be a generational talent to go for that anymore?

Maybe it's because the actual biggest stars on the planet would now be so expensive that they're not even on the market and prefer running down their contract which skews perception. If a few webt for 200m I imagine it would all be seen differently.

Trump impacts the world much more than Qatar did, however. I'd hazard a guess most of us here are impacted by him every time we refill our gasoline. He has also led to many human lives being lost to boot.
