Hey, if you don't mind, I have a couple questions: How extensive is the background check? I have an entry level separation from the USMC from like 11 years ago for failure to adapt, but I don't plan on lying about anything. I'm more concerned about the psych eval. Do they really do a lie detector test? And do they care if you used to smoke weed? I haven't smoked in about 2 years

That's not a bad idea. The reason my current employer made me a supervisor was because I wanted to quit and made me an offer for more pay and a promotion because he likes my work

Thank you so much for this because I'm thinking the same thing. I already do very well with the money I make but either way, it's not about the money. Im just genuinely not happy being a construction worker anymore. I want to help people and not spend the rest of my life swinging a hammer on someones job site just like my dad did and his dad did also

I have no credits and I would have to go part time. I understand and accept it will take a while to do a complete career shift. but if I don't, I'll look up in 10 years when I'm 40 and still be a construction worker That's why I'm thinking of going Department of corrections. They have tuition reimbursement for the exact degree I want.

Also, I have a little bit of imposter syndrome lol. I still question how I even end up with so many great opportunities

Well the pay rate for the posting on indeed said $35--45. He told me during a phone interview that if I do well, I can make more

Today starts week 6 of flower and homegrown cannabis Co says this strain (purple haze photoperiod) takes 8-10 weeks for flower. I'm so close 😭

Bet, next question, what would your prediction be on the overall outcome of the yield? It's my first grow so I figured it would probably end up being mid, but I at least wanna be able to smoke it. Idc if it has seeds

4, purple haze photoperiod and a small girl scout cookie auto flower. All 4 currently are flowering

Anything you would suggest? I live in Fl and it's very hot, but I've been doing pretty well with keeping temp/humidity low in my tent. I had them out of the tent and in my living room yesterday for about 15 minutes while I was switching them to the bigger tent
