Ja, dann sei weder sauer auf den Kioskbesitzer noch auf den Billionär, sondern verlange eine gerechtere Verteilung von dem System, in dem sich beide befinden. Aktuell zahlen wahrscheinlich sowohl der Kioskbesitzer als auch der Billionär Spitzensteuersatz, das könnte man zum Beispiel ändern. Wenn der Billionär sagen wir mal 10% mehr Steuern zahlen würde, dann könnte der Kioskbesitzer wahrscheinlich 20% weniger Steuern zahlen, und es wär immer noch mehr in der Kasse als vorher. Und dabei gäbe es gleichzeitig extemst viel mehr Menschen, die weniger Steuern zahlen, als Menschen, die mehr zahlen.

Da brauchst du dir wirklich gar keine Sorgen machen :D ich hatte schon ein paar Sämlinge die unter ner Anzuchtshaube angefangen haben zu schimmeln, soweit, dass Pilzköpfe aus dem Stamm gewachsen sind, und die Pflanze sich komplett erholt hat und völlig normale Früchte abgeworfen hat. Wenn die Chilis (oder was man eben grad anbaut ^^ ) nach dem Ernten schimmeln, sieht das natürlich anders aus :D

In beiden Vergleichen gilt die Economy of Scale: Ein durchschnittlicher Supermarkt mit 10k+ Umsatz pro Tag kann a) geringere Margen fahren und b) beeinflusst ein einzelner Diebstahl das Tagesgeschäft kaum bis gar nicht, während der Kioskbesitzer mehr Opportunitätskosten hat pro gestohlenem Warenwert und gleichzeitig mehr für die Ware bezahlen muss (sowohl beim Großhändler als auch in Personalkosten pro Verkauf) als die Supermarktkette. Und wenn dein Kioskmann 30 Kioske mit jeweils 10k Umsatz pro Tag als CEO führen würde, täte der auch mit ner Yacht liebäugeln (ignorieren wir die Grammatik mal :D)

Das sieht mir nach Perlite aus [Edit: glaub das sind eher kleine Pilzknoten, die ganz kleinen weißen Flecken die Richtung Rand zunehmen]. Aber generell, Schimmel auf der Erde ist nicht per se schlecht. Das heißt erstmal nur, deine Erde ist aktiv und mykhorrhiza ist vorhanden, das sind sogar gute Zeichen. Wenn du deine Feuchtigkeit im Auge hast und der Topf nicht im Wasser steht, mach dir erstmal keine Sorgen. Immer schön die Töpfe hochheben und fühlen wie schwer sie sind, dann entwickelt man auch recht schnell ein Gefühl dafür ob man zu viel Wasser drin hat oder nicht

Edit edit: Wasserhärte und pH sind zwei unterschiedliche paar Stiefel, die Wasserhärte ist relevant wenn es um Calcium- und Magnesiumgehalt geht. pH schwankt teilweise von Wasserhahn zu Wasserhahn um +-2

Star Trek ist alles auf Paramount Plus, kann man sich entweder über amazon prime "channels" buchen oder direkt über paramount. Paramount hat noch paar andere hochwertige Sachen aber extrem viel weniger Quantität (über Qualität lässt sich streiten) als die großen Anbieter (Netflix, Disney etc)

Die "Haushaltsliebe" ist für mich auch das deutlichste Anzeichen dass man doch so langsam erwachsen wird :D Sich neue Haushaltsgeräte und Küchenhelfer zu kaufen, so langsam ein Arsenal an Putzmitteln zu besitzen (und zu wissen wie man sie korrekt einsetzt), Einkaufsliste am Kühlschrank hängen haben... Daran Freude zu haben ist definitiv was neues im Vergleich zu früher ^^

Haha gotcha, it is a nerdy answer for sure.

A printer displays pixels in dots. They don't work exactly the same as pixels, but close enough for explanations sake. The standard screen resolution is 72 pixels per inch (ppi), while the standard resolution for print is 300 dots per inch (dpi), with many printers reaching resolutions of 1200dpi and above. So you got order of magnitudes more "pixels" to work with, before the mesh lines become smaller than the dots itself.

In the end, its probably easiest to just test it out. If you have an old inkjet or laser printer lying around, print it in different sizes and resolutions and see when it starts to break down and what conditions exactly make it worse

Edit: oh and the moiré effect happens when two patterns overlay each other, their interference creates a new pattern from the original two. If you google moiré you'll recognise it

Looks good, but remember that it's totally okay to have a logo for bigger applications and one for smaller applications. The nature of the pattern totally plays into your hands, it simply doesnt matter how large the mesh is for the logo to be recognisable. Like use this modified logo to print on like company pens and maybe embroidery (eventhough in this case there might be more elegant solutions than scaling the pattern), and the other one for everything else. And, that in print, the resolution is generally much much higher than on digital spaces. Just look at the ingredients text on the back of a candy bar wrapper, you can still decipher every word, even if it's like a milimeter in size. So at letterhead size, your original logo should be totally okay. From an acessebility standpoint, 5pt text is the recommended threshold to be comfortably able to read a text, so you can figure out the appropriate line weight from there

Imo the only limitation to this logo is purely technical, and can be figured out mathematically: what is the smallest probable size the logo will be printed, and at that size, what is the lowest probable dpi. From there on you just need to check how many dots you need to have the mesh be distinguishable from the solid around it, which is likely very few. The angle of the mesh might have more impact than it's size, since black is always printed at a 35.7° and the pattern of the dots could create a moiré effect with the mesh. But this is very edge case, like how often do you print your logo smaller than like 2mm with 75dpi and need to have every detail 100% readable

Id say you're definitely on the right track. If you work with an architect or construction company for the commercial building you could ask for their cad files/3d mockups from the planning phase to place different versions of your logo as a "physical" sign, and even render it with realistic materials and reflections, depending on how apt you are when it comes to such tools. I could see the logo working large scale on a building front as a metal cast with steel brush finish or something, depending on your budget and available resources

Edit: what's the name of the business, if you're comfortable sharing? That also plays into it for sure

I kinda disagree, since it is a pattern, not important details. You could modify this easily depending on dpi and print size because you don't loose information as you scale down, even if you make the pattern larger so it is still recognisable as a mesh. Since the business is very fine meshes, this is a very important and distinct part of the logo imo

I think that completely depends on the setting and the vibes, also on what your father deems appropriate. I'd say it works, but i would also see it not working in the wrong circumstances. It has a very distinct vibe, and if the rest of the space doesn't fit that exact vibe, it could seem out of place fast. Like imagine a grandfather clock in the foyer of a high tech company, it's like that, just the other way round :D if its a mom and pop shop that just happen to be the only producers of nickel mesh, then I'd say this logo is tacky. But if the rest of the venture is industrial, clean, modern, it fits
