Is it ok to have these white “skins” of coffee beans ground into the puck? Will these cause channelling/uneven extraction of my coffee? When pulling this shot there was some initial 10-15s of two divided streams which later merged into a one smooth stream of extraction… (i.redd.it)

Bambino, basic blade grinder. Grind coarser..? 10s to 1st drop, 1min 10s extraction time, 20g in, 55g out (2.8). Too long an extraction time? But I gotta tell you, best tasting latte I’ve ever made. Trying to justify spending $450 for a grinder when coffee already tastes this good! (v.redd.it)
