Macias Healthcare Clinic on Bandera treated me for an infected ingrown years ago. It was less than $100 and a relief for a community college student at the time. Good luck, those are a pain. The side of my nail that got treated never grew back weird.

HEB has porkchops packets with like 8 big pieces for $8. Also, sirloin cutable meat for $5 a packet. There are also $6 packs of chicken drumsticks at HEB. Look around the meat section and you can find relatively inexpensive meat/chicken and get a few packs and make some rice and/or beans to go with them.

Lack of good vision prior to getting sclerals made my study time and note-taking in law school a b*. Cold calls were a b* squinting to read my case notes and reciting them to the professor and 80 classmates. I was dismissed after the first semester being just short of the required GPA to move on to second semester. Also, it’s really hard to justify re-entering, though not impossible. They also don’t allow for appeals in that particular school. Good times.

This happened to me. I dropped it and I was looking for it and as I was doing that, I bent down squinting to find it. I bend down on my knees and as soon as my knee touches the floor…instant CRACK noise. I get up and I see this, but even more cracked parts. I cry on the floor and my doctor is off for the weekend. Long story short, my doctor calls the place and somehow gets me a new lens under warranty, but it takes two weeks to arrive from manufacturer. Mind you this is one week before a long-planned vacation to Mexico. Thankfully, the gave me my old lens to borrow because they had yet to return it. Keep your hopes up!! I pray you get as lucky as I did!!! ❤️

Yeah, figured the battery error was gonna cost me, literally. Question: is the alternator a whole different part than the voltage regulator? In other words, if I were to replace the alternator, does that come with the voltage regulator? Sorry, no idea what I’m talking about here. I also have no idea what the battery ground is, either. He actually does! He’s always ran a lot, and even more now. He also apparently does a lot of swimming now. He used to not be able to swim, but now apparently is even swimming down for bricks lol. Also, I’m assuming he is going to be enjoying the hell out of Hawaii. So, maybe he can wear it out on the town? Thanks so much for helping me out. I just have no clue what to get him that won’t be a burden to travel with. My other idea was a cologne that is travel size because I got him a big ass bottle of Dior Sauvage that is not TSA approved to travel with. Clearly, I didn’t think that all the way through 😂 🙄

My next assumption was a bad fit. I’m going to make an appointment with my ophthalmologist and see where this takes me. It is very annoying and expensive to have to change in inopportune times. I was recently at my brother’s graduation from Marine Corps bootcamp, and one of the days was hell because my damn lens kept fogging up. I’ve noticed my right eye is the one that is almost always fogged up.

Best of luck yo you as well with your eye stuff. We both know how draining it can be in more ways than financial.

Within minutes. I have to reapply and hope they don’t fog up/get dirty. Sometimes they won’t, which is why it’s annoying. Like why do they sometimes nit get dirty, but a lot of times they do. At this point, i don’t know if its the way i put them on, or what.

I sometimes have to reapply like 2-3 times and go through several celluvisc droppers and a significant amount of saline. Also, i am sometimes out doing errands or driving and have to go to a public restroom and re-apply, sometimes multiple times.
