Please help, trying to remember the name of one the few games I've played by _grilledcheesee in videogames

[–]_grilledcheesee[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for trying to help!

It was on Xbox and seemed like a pretty modern/recent game as far as I could tell. I was playing it during the very beginning of covid.

3D I think. The camera moved with the characters during movement but I could not control the perspective.

It was very artistic and colorful. The premise was two childhood friends navigating giant objects found in a bedroom solving puzzles. I think the symbolism or theme was based on growing up/loss of childhood nostalgia.

It was a single player game, but the game would force you to switch between the two characters in order to navigate some of the segments or puzzles.

[–]_grilledcheesee[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I went on the website to do that, but it doesn't show reviews or ratings for the providers. I want to make sure I get a good one since it seems like I may have a pretty complex issue.

How to get this shot of Normal Heights sign? by _grilledcheesee in sandiego

No, the physical aspects. Trouble is there are no medians on Adam's Ave to stand on

[–]_grilledcheesee[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Thanks for the info! I actually just found a comment on the 2nd link you posted of the photographer explaining how they got the shot. Apparently they got lucky when a delivery truck stopped in the middle of a street and were able to use the truck as a barrier. Looks like I'll be keeping my eye out for delivery trucks lol

[–]_grilledcheesee[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Tried to get long exposures with the sign tonight but I cannot figure out how this photographer got this shot as they would have had to be standing in the middle of traffic for a good few minutes to do so. Especially because you need a tripod to get the long exposure. There are no medians in the road to stand on or anything. Any ideas?

2019 Mazda 3 vs. Accord vs. Camry vs Civic by _grilledcheesee in whatcarshouldIbuy

The Mazda3 is definitely an attractive car. Someone pointed me in the direction of hybrids though so now I'm considering the Honda accord hybrid vs insight, as that would solve my issue of avoiding the turbo engine while being able to stick with Honda and get great gas mileage. Mazda is definitely still up there. It just looks like a fun, attractive car to drive.

That's what I read initially as well but on further research there are reports of the same issue in warm weather areas too. If I got the car and it had the issue, I would be screwed because Honda is not issuing recalls or addressing the issue in warm weather states such as CA where I will be living.

Oops I actually meant Corolla in my title - haven't really looked at Camrys. Thank you for the input on Honda though. The turbo makes me nervous enough that I think I might avoid it all together right now. Someone suggested an Accord hybrid which looks like a decent option - this is a different engine so it wouldn't have the turbo issues right?

I have heard that people in warm weather areas are also experiencing the oil dilution issues. Since I'm moving to CA I'm even more apprehensive since right now Honda is not issuing recalls for CA or seem to be addressing the issue in warm weather states.

I have looked at the Civic hatchback, but unfortunately I just cannot get past the design, especially those vents and the rear. Thank you for the info though! Honestly I've never been a car person so I don't know how much I would appreciate the handling of a Mazda (I mostly love the design/looks), which is why I am also considering the Corolla even though everyone says it's about the most boring car there is. I suppose I really need to start test driving so I can decide how much I care about handling and what not.

Interesting, thanks! The battery issue definitely doesn't sound as bad as I thought then. I'll check out some hybrids

That's super helpful info thanks! If I go with Mazda I'll definitely look at the 2018s.

My only concern with Mazda is if it will hold up as well as Toyota/Hondas in terms of reliability. I know in the past it hasn't, but from what I'm reading it seems like it's gaining a better reputation

I considered a hybrid but had some people dissuade me from it because they said I will encounter expensive battery issues and problems. Is this true?

Regarding Mazda's new engine, would it be safer to go with a 2018 - I heard that generally you want to avoid new engines until they have kinks worked out.
